YACTH MOORING RESERVATION REGULATIONS
1. Please complete the form below and send with 50 % of the mooring fee as mooring fee advance to Turkiz Kemer Marina with described ways below.
2. When we receive your reservation form and reservation advance payment we will confirm your reservation with the same way you contact us if we have available berth for your boat.
Payment Type : Cash, can be made by cheque payable to Turkiz Kemer Marina or by transfer to Garanti Bank Kemer branch no: 352 - Swift Code: XXX – Account number 9090110 (Euro), 6299061 (YTL), or with the credit card payment form to our fax number.
3. On arrival at the marina, please present the receipted reservation form to the marina office receptionist.
4. On arrival, balance of the mooring fee must be settled to complete the mooring contract. Mooring contract will not be signed until payment of 50% mooring fee.
CANCELLATION IS PERMITTED ONLY UNDER ANY ONE OF THE CONDITIONS
1. If cancellation is made giving 60 or more days notice from the starting date of the mooring period % 100 of the down payment will be refunded.
2. If cancellation is made giving 30 days notice from the starting date of the mooring period % 50 of the down payment will be refunded  
3. If cancellation is made giving less than 30 days notice, no refund will be made.
4. The reservation can not be transferred to another yacht.
5. In cases where it is wished to transfer the starting date forward to the following year, 30 days advance notice must be given.
6. No mooring reservation or mooring contract is complete unless signed by Turkiz Kemer Marina Management.
7. All matters are this connection requiring arbitration will be referred to Kemer Courts. I understand and agree to terms and conditions set out above.
